I came across your site because I was looking into whether a single serving simple syrup packet was a potential product to produce and market, but it seems that it’s already been done. I’m looking forward to trying out Kelly’s Delight, and I hope that it catches on with restaurants.
I’m going to carry a couple of packets of this product with me for my husband who is diabetic. When the need arises for him to ingest sugar quickly, this should work better than granulated sugar, sugar tablets, soft drinks (which are hard to swallow), etc.
