Raspberry Vinaigrette

1/4 c.   Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

           (Preferred brand: Fischer & Wieser)

3 tsp     Rice Wine Vinegar

6 tsp     Olive Oil

3 tsp     Kelly’s Delight Liquid Sugar

  *Chopped walnuts

  *Mandarin oranges

 

Wisk the first 4 ingredients together. Will lightly coat four 1-1 1/2 cups of baby spinach (or lettuce).

*Optional- Add walnuts and mandarin oranges.
