Sweetheart’s White Chocolate Latte
1 ½ c. milk
1 Tbsp. heavy cream
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 packet of Kelly’s Delight Liquid Sugar
½ c. strongly brewed coffee
¼ c. white chocolate chips
Brew ½ cup of strongly brewed coffee. In the meantime, combine milk and cream in a saucepan on the stovetop and whisk over high heat until hot and frothy. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and Kelly’s Delight Liquid Sugar. Mix the white chocolate chips into the steaming hot coffee until smooth. Pour the coffee/chocolate mixture in mug(s) and top with whipped milk and stir slowly to incorporate flavors. Garnish with whipping cream made with Kelly’s Delight and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve.
