Yes. Kelly’s Delight is real sugar in liquid form.

How much Kelly’s Delight do I use compared to granulated sugar? And what is the advantage?

Each packet is equivalent to approximately two teaspoons of sugar. Glass bottle pump is equivalent to approximately one teaspoon of sugar. Stainless steel pump is equivalent to approximately one and one half teaspoons of sugar. Please view our products page for our pump choices.

Kelly’s Delight sweetens more evenly than granulated sugar. Because it permeates throughout your drink, you may find this allows you to use less sugar overall and still achieve the sweetness you desire.

Can Kelly’s Delight be used in any beverage?

Yes. Whether steaming hot or ice-cold, Kelly’s Delight will consistently sweeten your beverage choice from top to bottom. Try it in lemonade, coffee, and tea. Taste great in iced-coffee, too!

Can I cook with Kelly’s Delight?

Yes. Kelly’s Delight can take the place of sugar in many recipes, but may deter dough from rising in some baked goods.

What is the shelf life of Kelly’s Delight?

As long as Kelly’s Delight is sealed in the original package it will remain fresh up to at least eight months. Once opened, it is recommended that the product be consumed within two months.
